Â
Join Sommer and Paul Sobin for a transformative 7-night yoga retreat tucked into the wild, soul-stirring beauty of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula. Just steps from the shores of the Golfo Dulce and surrounded by lush tropical jungle, this intimate gathering invites you to reconnect with nature and yourself in one of the most biodiverse regions on the planet.
Â
With thoughtfully designed eco-accommodations, vibrant farm-to-table meals, and deeply refined and powerful yoga practices, we warmly welcome you to this sanctuary where your body, mind, and spirit can truly exhale. The retreat center’s jungle-view yoga shala, open to the sights and sounds of nature but screened for comfort, offers the perfect space to breathe, move, and return to yourself.
Â
Your days will begin with enlivening morning yoga and wind down with calming evening sessions, woven with plenty of free time to explore or simply be. Swim in the saltwater pool, wander down to the beautiful and serene beach just 100 meters away, enjoy therapeutic bodywork, or venture into the heart of the jungle. From hiking in Corcovado National Park to ziplining, horseback riding, or learning to surf, every moment invites a deeper connection to the living world.
Â
Midweek, we’ll set out together on a full-day boat adventure across the Golfo Dulce—snorkeling, spotting dolphins and sea turtles, and enjoying a vibrant, biodynamic farm-to-table lunch at a coastal organic farm.
Â
With a small, intentional group, we’ll share meals, practices, and laughter, offering one another the gift of presence and real connection.
Â
*This retreat is limited to just 20 students for an intimate and spacious experience.

Â
The Osa Peninsula is one of the most alive places on Earth. Nestled between the calm waters of the Golfo Dulce and miles of unspoiled rainforest, this region is a sanctuary for both wildlife and the human spirit. Monkeys in the trees, scarlet macaws overhead, and the lull of cicadas on a quiet, empty beach are all part of the daily rhythm here.
Â
This is a place to slow down and remember what it means to be deeply connected to the Earth. Whether you’re swimming in warm ocean waters, wandering jungle trails, or watching the sun rise over the bay, the Osa offers a rare kind of presence that is raw, restorative, and unforgettable.

Bring a few lightweight, breathable outfits for warm weather, yoga clothes, a swimsuit, flip flops or sandals, a sun hat, reef-safe sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and sturdy sandals or sneakers if you plan to hike.
A journal, a good book, and anything else that helps you unwind are great to have. No need for formal clothing—this is barefoot, beachy jungle living.

After November 15, no refunds will be issued.
You can pay with a US checking account or a credit card. There is a 2.9% service fee if paying by credit card.
